This vintage   is a cute little girl with red pigtails wearing an aqua or mint green outfit and holding a yellow ice cream cone in one hand. Her arms and legs are poseable. She has purple eyes.

Her hair is made of molded plastic but she has a yellow fabric ribbon tied to one pigtail. The other ribbon is missing.

Her outfit has white dots on the front and has the Cabbage Patch Kids logo near the waist. She has white shoes and socks.

The figurine has some scuffs and paint rubs and there's some dirt on her face, as shown in the pictures. 

The back of her neck is marked "1984 O.A.A."
